I can't believe it, but I haven't even walked in my computer room since the kids got out of school...I told myself that this vacation was going to be a vacation and we were going to enjoy being lazy and just being together!
Brooklynn did get a mini laptop and I have cked my email twice. At the last minute everybody came here to celebrate on Christmas day and we got RockBand out from last yr and had sooo much fun! We decided it was a new tradition.
We have been super busy...went to my Moms the weekend bef Christmas(got to get pics from her..forgot my camera), celebrated with inlaws on Christmas Eve and here Christmas Day. It has been funfilled...except for my Dad had to have surgery yesterday, but he is doing good! I know nobody but my Mom cares, but Austin's goodies are on the left of the couch and Brooklynn's are on the right!

Ohhh, and pls somebody remind don't wait to the last minute to shop next yr!!!! I did have to come in here and order pics and overnight them, ha! And I had to get out in the crazy chaos to get last minute gifts...pls pls remind me next yr!

MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I know I won't see the computer for a couple of days, so I just wanted to tell each of you to have a very Merry Christmas. I found a website that has childrens versions of bible stories and we are waking up and reading the Three Wise Men story to our children after they see what Santa brought them. I want them to always know the true meaning of Christmas! Here are a few pics of my children and my brothers family. Before we ate Thanksgiving dinner I snapped these very quickly. This was my brothers card. On the front of the card they put ...and to think Jesus was born in a place like this. I thought that was so creative.

DISNEY TRIP PICS!

Wow, I can't believe Im just putting pics up of Disney. I have so many more to show you, but here are a few. The one of Austin with his face painted was from Magic Kingdom at Pirates of Caribbean...that was awesome, awesome! He was the cutest pirate I've ever seen!:)
The ones of Brooklynn and Tiana and Prince Naveen are when we were leaving Magic Kingdom. They asked Brooklynn to be escorted by them leaving...she was beyond thrilled! Tiana kissed her cheek with red lips and brooklynn had a hard time washing it off!
The resort is in the pics too...we stayed at Wildernesss Lodge at Magic Kingdom. We will probably stay there again! It was amazing!!!!

YUMMY CHEESE STRAW RECIPE!

These are so yummy that I had to share this recipe that my husband got for me!

Cheese Straws
1 cup all purpose flour
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup rice krispies cereal
1 block softened butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt

Roll into biscuits or like straws and flattened. Put a fork with a tiny bit of water and flatten on top of each one. Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes. ENJOY!!!

PERSONAL SANTA MESSAGE

Im so excited to find out about the Personal Santa Video. All you do is click here: http://www.portablenorthpole.tv/home and enter each of your childrens info. Santa will send them a video and he is saying there name and what they asked for. You can even email a pic and it will be in his book when he opens. It's the neatest thing I've ever seen!! My kids sat with there mouths wide open! They are still talking about it!

All of these photos are special in their own way. Nikki's Maw and Paw were just precious. When I was taking a pic of them I captured this sweet moment between the two and he said could we keep taking pics so he could keep kissing her...I hope Chad and I are like that 50 years from now!

The one of Jon with a guitar and Nikki wiping her eyes from behind is my favorite. Jon is an amazing singer. He starting writing a song when he was 12 and when he met Nikki he was able to finish it..everyone there had tears flowing bec it was just too sweet.

The one of Nikki coming out of the door is when Jon saw her for the first time! Can you tell he was excited?!!

The last photo is the party favors for wedding guests to take home. They gave pine trees!!

Just a few of my little cuties!! These two make my day everyday! I'm so glad Christmas break will be here soon..we had a lot of fun on Thanksgiving break and we have some fun things planned for this break too!
