A PRAYER PLEASE!

 


I've thought long about whether to put this on here, because my Mom really didn't want people knowing until we knew results, but I just know how many people could be praying for her and I felt led to do it.

This is my BEAUTIFUL mom with her other bff Brooklynn(I'm her first bff, jk). Mom has rheumitoid arthritis and has for 25 yrs or more and bless her sweet heart...she never complains!!! Even if you know she is having a bad day, she wouldn't admit it. In the past 2 yrs she has had cancer(is completely gone..PTL), had a major back surgery, and now I can barely type this, because of all the emotions, but she has had bad leg troubles with tingling and feels like she is going to collapse. The doctor did tests and some results were low, so he put her on meds and it's not helping. She will be going this Friday am to a neurologist, bec they feel it either muscular or neurological. Please, please pray that it is something simple and God can heal my sweet mom.

I know this is long, but unless you know me, you don't know how close we are. We talk several times a day, and do something every Saturday!! She is the best Mom anyone can ask for. I pray I can be half the mother to my children that she has been to me and my brother. We are BLESSED!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

 


I haven't downloaded their first day of school pics yet, but it's coming soon. I've been at the school everyday helping with pto. This is Austin's third year there, so he has transitioned just great and since he has his kindergarten teacher again this yr we are so thrilled! He loves it!
Brooklynn on the other hand likes school, but is having a hard time leaving me(I am too). She cried a lot in the lunchroom today when she saw me and I can't tell you how bad I just wanted to grab her up and take her home! I'm praying that everyday will get a little easier. She in great hands with a wonderful teacher, just like Austin so I know it will.

We celebrated the end of AllStars at the MS Braves stadium. The kids had a great time and felt very special. Each of them ran out on the field with the player that was there position.
When we walked in they asked Austin if he wanted to throw the first pitch out...of course he said yes. This was the highlight of his summer!

Brooklynn got to have spend the night company before school started and she was thrilled! I might be catching up on my sleep for a few days, but it was worth it! I love the old look of this pic of these two.

Another fun thing they wanted to do was go to Chuck E. Cheese! I had fun playing there too:) It was late in the afternoon and Chad showed up to surprise him...such a sweet Daddy!! We also went swimming, but I forgot to take my camera, and I can't wait to show you Fridays pics. Coming soon!

I haven't posted in a week, because I have been doing fun things with the kids before school. I honestly think this has been the best summer...we have thoroughly enjoyed it! It has been hot for sure, but fun! One of there favorite things to do is go to BassPro, and they have been wanting to eat there...so we did! It was delic!
